If you asked me, “How’s the first day of being the leader of NSG?”
Honestly, when I first stepped up, I didn’t fully realize how much responsibility came with leading a gang.
That changed when I started sending direct messages to former and current NSG members on Discord. As I reached out to people, I realized that rebuilding the gang wasn’t just about creating a new roster. We would also need to rebuild our resources, funds, and support network from the ground up.

NSG is Back and Rebuilding
If you’ve read my previous announcement on June 16, you’ll know that Xythran committed to helping me even before we officially re-established the gang in CyberCode Online.
Yesterday, June 17, I reached out to Homongji and asked if he could commit as well. He accepted my invitation, joined the game, and told me he could balance helping the gang alongside his studies.
I also spoke with Chief_Marauder.
While he said he wouldn’t be joining the gang itself, he still offered to help with funds. Through a trade, he gave me 1,000,000 BTC. Since direct transfers aren’t possible, I had to trade him something in return, so I gave him a single Pain Away™️.

Looking back, that’s still hilarious.
At the moment, he’s currently with Meows_Cafe [8_8] alongside Chiiims.
But honestly, that’s always been Chief_Marauder.
Even if he isn’t inside the gang, he’s NSG by heart.
And speaking of Chief_Marauder, today (June 18) is his birthday.

Xythran, Chief_Marauder, and I happened to be online shortly after midnight when he casually mentioned it in Tagalog chat. Of course, I couldn’t go to sleep without sending him a birthday message and a small gift.

Moving on.
As of writing this, there are only three members in the roster:

I’m not going to lie.
I’ve done a lot of overthinking, and most of it hasn’t been positive.
But if you ask me whether I regret taking this responsibility?
Absolutely not.
I don’t regret stepping up to lead the rebuilding and re-establishment of Nousagi [NSG].
What I do regret is that I wasn’t able to help En_Roise preserve the former gang. I regret not doing more when there might still have been time.
That feeling became even stronger after I looked through an old screenshot from January.

At that time, the former gang was Level 36 and had the following upkeep status:
Resources: 32,861 / 2,328
Funds: 15,490,438 / 232,813

When I did the math, the resources would have only lasted around fourteen more weeks from January 27.
That means the gang most likely dissolved during the last week of April—almost a month before BLACK_ACE eventually discovered it.

Isn’t that crazy?
It had probably been gone for weeks, and nobody noticed.
And what was I doing during that time?
Real life.
I was busy with church activities, responsibilities, and everything else outside the game.
But part of me still thinks that if I had cared enough, I could have checked in every now and then.
That’s the thought I regret the most.
Still, regret alone doesn’t rebuild a gang.
So what’s the plan?
Our original goal was to reach Level 36 again, matching the former NSG before it dissolved.
At the time of writing, we’re already making progress toward that goal.

However, I also need to be realistic.
I may need to lower our target to Level 20 for now, since I’m not sure whether my current supply of Gang Crates will be enough to carry us all the way. Even so, we’ll push as far as we can and see where our efforts take us—especially now that Xythran and Homongji are helping with the rebuild.
I’ve placed my trust in both of them and granted them permissions to invite members and post gang announcements using CyberCode Online’s built-in gang announcement system.
For now, all I can say is this:
The road ahead is uncertain.
The roster is small.
The resources are limited.
But Nousagi [NSG] is back.
And this time, we’re building it together.
Stay tuned for future gang news, updates, and announcements.
